The Yokogawa WT500 has an optional harmonic measurement function (/G5 option) which offers up to 50 orders of harmonics and can display up to two separate simultaneous harmonic measurements in addition to displaying thd for voltage, current, and power. If more harmonic measurements are desired the store function can be used with a USB stick to measure multiple harmonic parameters across all three elements and store them into a csv file.
