The Yokogawa SL1000 can support up to 128CH's of high speed measurements. This would require 8 SL1000 mainframes, 64 modules, 7 synchronic cables, and a PC. The synchronic cable is used to synchronize each mainframe together, assigning one SL1000 as the master, and the remaining seven as slaves.Using multiple chassis, the mirror function (PC and HDD saving) is unavailable. The data is streamed to each mainframes HDD, then using the transfer utility in the SL1000 control software the data files are merged into one file and transferred to the PC.
